Clinics
Intake packets, review queues, and a support block after the workflow is live.
Clinics
Clinic groups receive referrals as scans. Staff retype the same fields, and missed pages show up late. The fitting engagement is document processing with a person on the low-confidence pages.
After it is live, the breaks belong in a monthly support block, not a group chat. Patient records stay in the system you already use. We connect to it. We do not replace it.
Lanes that tend to fit
| AI software | Pilots, application sprints, and agent workflows with a person still responsible for what gets sent. |
|---|---|
| Automation | The repetitive handoff between inbox, sheet, and system, built once and left running. |
| Support | A named contact and a monthly hour block for the small breaks that should not become a project. |
The record stays yours. The retyping does not have to.
Clinic groups describe the same morning: a shared inbox of scans, staff retyping fields, and a missing page found by the clinician who needed it. The fitting first block is document processing with a review queue for low-confidence reads. Patient records stay in the system you already use.
AI shows up only as a draft that cites the packet or the handbook and waits. We will not put an unreviewed answer in front of a patient. After the workflow is live, the screenshots in the group chat are a support month, not more features.
If the request is “a new clinical platform”, we will say that is not this engagement. Connecting a field is not replacing a record. The scope will name which one you asked for.
