Leave word for the desk
Share what you want built.
Use the lane that matches the conversation—a build note, a quote request, or a call slot. Each note is saved before mail sends, and a confirmation goes to the inbox you type. Nothing here takes a card or opens a member seat.
What a useful note names
-
01
Call the project
One offer, one workflow, or one queue. If you only have a department, say what is blocked this week.
-
02
Call the company
The site, the sheet, the inbox, or the system that is allowed to win when two lists disagree.
-
03
Call the contact
Who approves a page, a field, or a draft before it leaves the building. If nobody will, say that too.
- Office on record
- Ground floor, Shop No. 72, Harmony Mall, C Wing, Near Motilal Nagar, New Link Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400062
- Desk email
- Legal identity
Describe what to build
Tell us what needs to be built. We reply to the email address you enter.
Request pricing from us
Choose a service and, if you know it, a starting engagement. We email the quote path to you.
Schedule a call with us
Leave a number and a time that works. We email a confirmation to the address you enter.
After you send a note
After you submit
The form is the start of an email thread, not an order.
-
01
Saved first
The enquiry is written down before we try to send mail. A failed send does not delete the note.
-
02
Confirmation to you
The message is addressed to the email on the form, so you have a copy of what you sent.
-
03
A copy to the studio
The same details arrive in the studio inbox with your address as the reply-to, so the answer comes back to you.
-
04
A human reply
We answer with a question, a suggested line, or a no. Work does not start until a scope is confirmed. No card is taken here.
Writing a note that we can answer
- How long should the message be?
- Long enough to name the job and the person who is blocked. A paragraph is enough. A ten-page brief can wait until we have agreed the job is real.
- What if I pick the wrong service?
- Say so, or leave the service as “not sure”. We would rather correct the label than quote the wrong shape.
- Do I need a budget figure?
- No. The budget note on the project form is optional. The rates on the engagements page are the starting point either way.
- Can I ask for two things?
- Yes. Name which one has to happen first. We will usually propose two blocks so the second can be declined.
